These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the public website at adunaschool.org, including its pages, application information, blog links, media, and donation links (the “Site”). The Site is provided by Aduna International School (“Aduna School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. Site information
The Site provides general information about Aduna School, its programs, admissions, community activities, and ways to contact or support the school. We try to keep information accurate and current, but descriptions, dates, fees, availability, and other details may change. Please contact the school to confirm information before relying on it for an important decision.
Content on the Site is general information. It is not a promise that a place, scholarship, service, facility, transport arrangement, boarding place, or particular educational outcome will be available to every visitor or student.
2. Applications and admissions
Submitting an online form or contacting the school is an inquiry or application only. It does not by itself create an offer of admission, reserve a place, or establish an enrolment contract. Admission is subject to the school’s review, confirmation, available places, and completion of any steps communicated directly by the school.
If you submit information about a student, you confirm that you are the student’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorised to provide that information and to communicate with the school on the student’s behalf. Please provide information that is accurate and update the school if it changes.
Enrolment, tuition, school rules, safeguarding, attendance, and other student-specific matters may be governed by separate forms, notices, or agreements provided by the school. Those documents apply to the extent they specifically cover the subject.
3. Donations and payments
The Site may provide information about donations to support Aduna School or the Helping Village Children Foundation and may link to a third-party payment service. The payment recipient, purpose, currency, and any campaign conditions should be reviewed on the donation page and payment provider’s page before you complete a transaction.
Payments made through an external provider are processed under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Aduna School does not receive or store your full payment-card credentials through this Site. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact the school promptly at info@adunaschool.org and also contact the payment provider. Any refund or correction will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
4. Site content and acceptable use
Unless a page says otherwise, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other material on the Site are owned by or used with permission by Aduna School or their respective rights holders. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, sell, substantially reproduce, alter, or distribute Site content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law allows.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Site or its security, introduce malicious code, submit false or misleading information, or use automated means to disrupt or excessively burden the Site.
If you send us information or suggestions, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. Personal information submitted through a form is handled under our Privacy Policy.

The Site links to or embeds services operated by others, which may include the school blog or learning portal, YouTube, social networks, SendPulse forms, Google services, AddToAny, and PayPal. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may revise these terms as the Site or its services change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any rights that apply under law.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rules that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
